BIG NEWS! Crypto-friendly country with Crypto-licenses
First of all, we want to thank the patience and trust of our users who have been waiting for news about the project. We have received some comments regarding the lack of communication, and we understand it, but we wanted to expect to have all the legal and technical guarantees before making any announcement.
That’s why with this article we want to give to the Fox Trading Community great news! We have restructured the company to be able to offer all services with total guarantee, from a crypto-friendly country. That would allow us to operate with crypto-licenses! From today Fox Trading completely changes its structure and becomes Fox Crypto Trading Global OÜ, a company incorporated with limited liability in the Republic of Estonia with company number 14687236 and registered address at Keemia tn 4, Tallinn Harjumaa 10616.
Not only that, but we have already been granted by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) two licenses to offer services related to cryptocurrencies:
- Providers of a service of exchanging a virtual currency against a fiat currency. It allows exchanging fiat to crypto, crypto to fiat, crypto to crypto. (Licence no. FVR000814).
- Providers of a virtual currency wallet service. It allows providing virtual currency (hot and cold) wallet service in the framework of which the company generates keys for Clients or keeps Clients’ encrypted keys, which can be used for the purpose of keeping, storing and transferring virtual currencies. This service means offering custodial services of credentials necessary to access virtual currencies. (License no. FRK000710).
What does it mean for the project? Not only can we offer our services as they were currently being proposed, but also the possibility of extending them by adding other services related to cryptocurrency wallet/exchange.
About Forex, as we have been announcing, we continue working on the algorithm improvements with stable results and soon you can follow the new account tracking, and we will communicate more details on how/when we are going to offer the service of Auto Trading for Forex. We are confident, as originally planned, it will be during the Q2–2019.
And waiting for Spectre API to be able to offer Auto Trading for Digital Options, scheduled for June, we will continue improving the current platform and app, reaching soon the final version of the platform with all the services initially announced.
